How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days; express is next-day in most metro areas.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery is available nationwide, with no advance payment and no extra fee.
What is your returns window?
Thirty days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. We arrange the collection and refund within five working days of receipt.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to 14 countries. Duties are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.
How do I use a discount code?
Add items to your cart and enter the code under “Order summary” on the cart page. New members can use WELCOME10 for 10% off.
